Building a gesso ARTcard
GESSO - consists of a binder mixed with chalk, gypsum, pigment, or any combination of these.
Gesso is used in painting as a preparation for any number of substrates such as wood panels,
canvas and sculpture as a white base for paint.
Experience the pure magic of creating together in a studio/gallery environment. Explore the magic of gesso and its beautiful gripping quality with textile, graphite and acrylic paint. Perfect for your small group of friends or employees. This 2-3 hour workshop will be pure medicine for your soul as you meditate on the Dark Mother.
The cost is $175 person for 2-3 hours of creative fun and taking away an ARTcard to honour our Mother Earth.

This will be a time of fun, openness and childlike experimentation learning technique… I will supply what you need.

To anyone who doesn’t know me and is interested, I have been teaching creative expression over the years in the Junction Toronto, at the Drake Devonshire PEC, The Baxter Creative Centre, Bloomfield and here at 14 Duncan Street as well as at various teambuilding private functions. I also have facilitated a creative retreat in Morocco - Creative Expression in the Sahara.
