Journaling with paint

It is my belief that everyone should have the opportunity to express themselves, which can help to lead a happier and healthier life. I developed this workshop in 2007 with this premise in mind, after experiencing much success myself, journaling using fluid paint. Art is a perfect vehicle for self expression.

Journaling in this way, is an excellent gateway to the world of art and has allowed me, to not only express myself and help relieve stress, but also to embark on a journey of self discovery and empowerment of my creativity. Journaling is a method that everyone can understand and enables them to make their own personal discoveries.

A journaling kit is supplied with the cost of this workshop… included are my tools of choice from which I feel you will gain the most success. With the workshop, the participants are encouraged to feel comfortable with the tools, and to understand the process
